TENGARAMON Arigatou Gozaimashita🙏🙇

The year 2025 is about to end, and somehow this becomes my very first blog post of the year. So many things happened, so many moments passed… yet I wasn’t able to write anything at all. I intended to post this on December 11, but once again, I couldn’t bring myself to do it. And I believe many of you understand the reason.

December 11 marked the 5th anniversary of TENGARAMON. But this year, unlike the past four years, there was no nationwide anniversary screening. The people in charge decided not to hold one, and although we respect their decision, it was still a sad and heavy moment for us. We had hoped—truly hoped—to see Haruma’s TENGARAMON on the theater screen once more. If only it were possible, we would watch it again and again.

For four consecutive years, TENGARAMON became a part of our yearly rhythm.

— Every December 11, for its premiere anniversary.

— Every April, as a celebration of Haruma’s birthday.

— Every July, during Tanabata, as remembrance of his passing.

These screenings were not just events. They were moments where we gathered our hearts, honored his memory, and felt a little closer to him.

All we can do now is express our sincere and overflowing gratitude—to the creator and producer of TENGARAMON, and to GigglyBox, for giving us the chance to meet Haruma on the big screen for four precious years.

Those moments will always remain in our hearts.
