OUR BRAVE WARRIOR DID NOT KILL HIMSELF!!!

It has been more than 30 long months since we lost Haruma. Despite the continuing great efforts of the demonstrations demanding a reinvestigation on the incident, no words from the police that they will reopen the case. Even so, our mission must go on!!! We have NO OPTION to "LET GO" or "FORGIVE & FORGET"!!! Absolutely no ending to our fight, until the TRUTH IS REVEALED & JUSTICE SERVED!!!

THE BRAINWASHING MEDIA

Be very careful not to fall into the mind manipulation trap!!! The Mainstream Media's credibility is questionable!!! They have been feeding the public with false and misleading information, omitting essential and relevant info relating to the incident. The misinformation of a suicide note, and the subsequent failure to issue a correction and apology is appalling & unacceptable!!! Note that AMUSE only made an announcement through the company's website, 49 days after the incident, informing that there's NO SUICIDE NOTE. As of today, millions are unaware a suicide note never existed. Ever since the demonstrations started in September 2021, the size and location have grown substantially, increased from one person to 100's participants, and extending from Tokyo to all across Japan!!! Ironically, there have been very few reports covering the demos by the mainstream media; if the topic was brought up they were being described as activities driven by delusional beliefs!!! The contents as follows captured a few of the major reasons why we are demanding a police reinvestigation on the incident. The demand is based on logical rationale and research, rather than delusions as wrongfully stigmatized by many.

THE HORRIFYING "FUTON SCENE"

Haruma was actively working on the TBS drama Kanekoi, the day before that dreadful day!!! He became unnaturally pale, thin and not well during the period, possible signs of being bullied and harassed at the drama site!!! The "futon scene", showing a traumatized Haruma lying on a futon without makeup, dazed and beaten up, is a convincing piece of evidence that no doubt calls for a police reinvestigation!!! Those facial expressions of Haruma are not acting from the serious actor we know, but reflections of real life agony. Why was such a horrifying scene, incongruent with the character and the storyline, filmed for the "romantic" drama??? Did the police conduct interviews with the directors, the actors, and the production team??? Any kind of bullying and harassment against anyone, be it physical, sexual, or verbal, are criminal and inhuman behaviours - they must not be tolerated!!! Those criminals must be punished!!! Why did the Police not look into the highly possible bullying and harassment, which might have been the cause leading to Haruma's death!!!

HUMAN RIGHTS ABUSES

AMUSE, being the agent & employer, failed the primary responsibility of looking after Haruma's health & safety. Why did they let Haruma continue working on Kanekoi when he's obviously not well??? And why was Haruma's work schedule so overcrowded, with no resting time since 2019??? Are there no employment laws that protect the workers' rights??? Isn't it obvious the agency is guilty of abuse and negligence???!!! Shouldn't the agency be charged and punished???!!! AMUSE and TBS are obligated and responsible to provide explanations!!! And yet they have been running away all this time!!! Why not respond to our questions and provide the detailed chronological sequence of the incident and Haruma's July work schedule, unless they have something to hide???!!! A precious life was lost!!! Why did the Police close the case so hastily without conducting thorough and necessary investigations??? Why???Apparently, the incident has too many UNANSWERED QUESTIONS!!!

SERIOUS SOCIAL ISSUES

Haruma is a brave warrior, a righteous noble man!!! It is WRONG to remember him as one who gave up on living!!! We need everyone's help to share the proper, relevant and significant information around the incident, supporting our trust that HARUMA DID NOT END HIS OWN LIFE!!! We need to bring to people's awareness that Haruma's death uncovers long-existing, serious humanity and social issues that require immediate attention and urgent action. These issues include bullying, power harassment, employer/workplace abuse, human rights violations, mass media's ethics & social responsibility, police problematic handling of suspicious "suicide" cases, etc. Over two years have gone by already, let's not lose any more valuable time!!! This fight is worth our while, and it is absolutely the correct thing to do!!!
