WHY NO PRESS CONFERENCE
Correct me if I'm mistaken - I recall no press conference was ever held by AMUSE and the Police, to explain the death of Miura Haruma...very strange, isn't it? To refresh your memory of the announcement AMUSE published on their website on September 4th, 2020, in regards to Haruma's death, here's the information the agency provided, from how the incident was discovered to the report of the pass away time, etc.: "Miura Haruma's manager went to Haruma's residence on July 18, 2020 to pick him up for work scheduled in the afternoon, but there was no response from Haruma. The manager then contacted the building management to unlock the residential unit door; there he discovered Haruma was unconscious. In addition to conducting first-aid, the manager contacted the police and the emergency department. Haruma was then taken to the hospital by ambulance but passed away at 14:10. The autopsy reported the cause of death was suicide..."
WE WANT THE WHOLE TRUTH
As you can see, there are many pertinent details being omitted by the agency on the announcement. Hence, fans have reached out to AMUSE many times, the request was even raised at AMUSE's 2021 and 2022 annual shareholders meeting, asking the agency to elaborate and release details of the incident's chronological sequence as well as Haruma's July 15th to 18th work schedule. Every little clue and details of the incident will help to comprehend and determine the possible reasons behind Haruma's sudden death. Over two and a half years have gone by, AMUSE is still refusing to provide any of the information the fans are asking for. Captured below are some of the major questions we've been looking for answers and confirmations:
1. What was Haruma's schedule on July 18, 2020? Was he scheduled to work on the TBS drama "kanekoi" in the morning, or in the afternoon? What time was Haruma's manager supposed to pick up Haruma, and what time did he arrive at the building?
2. What time did Haruma's manager enter Haruma's residence? Was there anything noticeably unusual within the surroundings, inside and outside the unit?
3. Where in the unit did the manager find Haruma and what condition was he in? We're looking for more detailed descriptions other than the single word of "unconscious".
4. What time did Haruma's manager perform first-aid on Haruma? And what time did Haruma's manager notify the police and the emergency department, advising discovery of the incident?
5. What time did the police and emergency arrive at Haruma's residential unit?
6. What was the condition of Haruma when the police and paramedics arrived at the residence?
7. Did the paramedics perform any medical aids on Haruma at the scene?
8. What time was Haruma transferred to the hospital, and which hospital was he taken to?
9. What time did the ambulance arrive at the hospital? What was Haruma's condition upon arrival?
10.What type of medical procedures, if any, were performed on Haruma at the hospital?
11. What time did the hospital pronounce the death of Haruma?
12. Given the police were not present at time of first discovery, allowing opportunities of evidence tampering, did the police conduct a thorough investigation with Haruma's manager, being the first witness of the incident?
13. Was a forensic autopsy performed on Haruma, to determine if there was presence of injury or any other factors that may have caused or contributed to the death? If a forensic autopsy was performed, what was the underlying cause of death? Note that AMUSE's announcement indicated "the autopsy reported cause of death was suicide". But was an autopsy really conducted on Haruma, when the Police never made a public statement to declare Haruma's cause of death!!!???
14. Why didn't the police hold a press conference, or issue an official announcement to report details of Haruma's death?
15. What is the date, time, and location of death recorded on the official police investigation report?
16. What is the cause of death recorded on the official police investigation report?
17. Why was the case closed so hastily by the Police??? Why didn't the Police conduct further investigations, despite many suspicions surfacing after the incident occurred. To name a few: (i) the media's false report of the existence of a suicide note when there's none; AMUSE issued a correction notice on their website only to advise there's no suicide note, 49 days after the incident; (ii) there were suspicions of power abuse & harassment happened at the TBS drama shooting site, the work Haruma was actively working on up until the last days of his life; (iii) the highly suspicious & horrifying "futon scene" of the TBS drama Kanekoi, capturing a disoriented and traumatized Haruma.
VIOLATION OF BASIC HUMAN RIGHTS
And those of you who are super alert and attentive may be wondering, why did the building management office unlock the unit for Haruma's manager when it's illegal to enter someone's private unit, without the approval of the resident and the presence of the police? For your information, while looking into the suspicious case, the demonstration leader/initiator contacted the building management office and learned about a shocking item on the agreement between AMUSE and the building, regarding Haruma's unit. The building management advised the demo leader that they did nothing wrong for unlocking the door for Haruma's manager, as according to the agreement terms, the agency's rep has the right to access Haruma's unit any time they like. Yet another big suspicious point!!! Did you know Haruma was living under the condition where his basic human & privacy rights were being violated???!!! Just one more proof of the agency's power abuse...poor Haruma!!! I only wish Haruma wasn't aware of the existence of this agreement!!! Can you imagine, every time you take a shower you worry about someone may be barging in!!!
FACE THE PUBLIC & TELL THE WORLD THE TRUTH
This is a case concerning the sudden unnatural death of a celebrity - while the chronological sequence should be a given and should have been included in the announcement released to the public, AMUSE persistently refuses to provide. Why is the agency withholding the info? Why did the Police not speak up? The unusual behaviour of the agency and the police led us to believe that foul play was involved, and that major relevant information regarding the incident were prohibited to be disclosed. And clearly, the cover up could only be accomplished by the collaboration of numerous entities. Minasan - It's about time for AMUSE, along with the Police, TBS and all relevant parties to hold a joint press conference, to explain and to answer questions regarding Miura Haruma's suspicious death!!! As the pandemic situation is easing off, they can no longer use the coronavirus as an excuse to avoid facing the public!!! It's unacceptable to keep hiding and running away from their responsibilities and their obligations!!! Clear Haruma's name and let the truth be revealed, NOW!!!
